This Privacy Policy describes how Eline Infinity Private Limited collect, use, share or otherwise process your personal information through Eline Mart website www.elinemart.com, its mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”).
By accessing or using its Services or its Platform, registering an account with the Company, becoming a supplier, reseller or customer on the Platform, or by attempting to become a supplier, reseller or customer, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this privacy policy and you are consenting to the Company's collection, use, disclosure and retention of your personal information as described here.
In case any individual under the age of 18 years of age is utilizing the Platform, such usage will be undertaken only with the strict supervision and approval of a parent or a legal guardian or any other person having parental responsibility for the child, and Eline will not be responsible for the same at any time and in any manner whatsoever.
This policy may change from time to time, your continued use of the Company's Services after it makes any change is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates. While you may be able to browse certain sections of the Platform without registering with us, however, please note we do not offer any product or service under this Platform outside India.
